Description - Membership provides annual access to Perx membership Club. This is an exclusive promotion, limited to one membership per person/household.

Updates - These terms and conditions are up to date as of the time this letter was printed. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any updates to this document will be provided in writing. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice providing the change does not compromise the core features of the product.

Customer Service - For general queries please feel free to email our team at perxcustomercare@outlook.com or call us on 0844 318 6050 - Our Customer Service open hours are 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and we aim for a maximum wait time of five minutes. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and during a set period over the Christmas holidays (please call for specific dates). Please send all written correspondence to 'Perx Membership Services, Unit G4, Capital Point, Capital Business Park, Cardiff, CF3 2PY'. We aim to respond to written correspondence where required within 5 working days.

Cooling off period - You have a 14 day cooling off period during which time you can use the product. You may cancel your membership at any time and for any reason by contacting us to cancel during this 14 day cooling off period.

Cancellations - If you would not like to remain a member for the full term, please cancel within 14 days from point of sale. You may keep and use the £10 cash-back voucher as a thank you for taking out this promotion. Please see the returns section to the right. You may cancel this contract at any time within the 14 day cooling off period without giving any reason - but we do appreciate feedback. To cancel this contract of sale you can call, email or write to us. To call us, simply dial 0844 318 6050 - please make sure you have your customer number to hand when you call - you can find this on the front of this letter. To email us your cancellation the email address is customerservice@perxsupport.co.uk, please include your customer number as well as your name, telephone number and full address as they appear on the front of this document to ensure we can handle your request and contact you if necessary. Alternatively you can write to us at 'Cancellations, Perx Membership Services, Unit G4, Capital Point, Capital Business Park, Cardiff, CF3 2PY' - please include the same information as you would by email as previously stated. We recommend that you call/email prior to the last 24 hours of your cooling off period to ensure cancellation is put in place. Likewise if you write to us, please allow for up to 5 days delivery if using 2nd class post.

Full Membership - This is an annual membership product and all benefits are available to you for a full 12 months from point of sale. The quarterly membership payment of £18.50 is processed the next working day from your point of sale. You are entitled to a full refund of this payment within the 14 day cooling off period. Annual membership begins at the point of sale. This product is provided at the quarterly price of £18.50 and payments will be processed once every 3 months from your point of sale. Any payments made will show up on your statement as

Annual Payments. Payments that fall on irregular days, bank holidays and so on will in most cases be collected on the following working day. These fees are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Refund Policy - If you would not like to keep this membership on for the full term, please ensure you cancel by the correct means within the cooling off period. After the 14 day cooling off period has ended membership fees that have already been paid are non-refundable unless in special circumstances.

Online payments - All services and goods provided to PERX Members and Customers are being supplied by Direct Response Marketing Group Ltd. Your debit or credit card will be charged under the name of PERX and any issues or queries relating to such charges should be directed to Direct Response Marketing Ltd which remains the responsible party for any issues or disputes. Cash-back - You are entitled to ten pounds cash-back on any groceries purchased within twelve months of point of sale regardless of whether membership is paid or cancelled. You may access further cash-back offers included in the Perx membership as a paid member under this agreement; Cash-back offers are subject to change as well as their own individual terms and conditions - To discover what cash-back offers are currently available to you over your membership term, please call our customer service team. Paid members may claim a maximum of £20 cash-back per month of membership to a total of up to £200. Some cashback offers may allow more than £20 cashback within one month depending on the offer. Perx/Easylife reserves the right to revoke cash-back offers for any reason. Cash-back available with this membership is redeemable directly with Perx/Easylife and all cashback offer redemptions are paid directly on to the pre-paid card, only as per these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of use on the cashback offer. Cash-back cannot be claimed at point of sale to get discounts on purchases. Cash-back is to be paid to your pre-paid card within 28 days of receipt receipt of your application. Payment will be made to the registered account holder only, please ensure your details are up to date with us prior to sending in any cash-back applications. To redeem your cash-back you are required to provide proof of payment; this must be an itemised receipt, bank statement or bill stating payment received. Proof of payment must be in the name of the registered member or joint account including the registered member. Proof of payment must be sent by post, along with your cash-back application.

Complaints - We request that all complaints are submitted by post only to ensure a swift resolution. We endeavour to resolve all formal complaints within one working day of receipt of your written correspondence.
